Description – Dermaroller FILLMED Recharges
The Dermaroller FILLMED Recharges are only used for the Dermaroller Fillmed – Filorga.
A box contains 3 thin or wide heads (see photos), consisting of 0.5mm or 1mm needles.
Used with a suitable serum, either anti-ageing or anti-imperfections with vitamin C or/and hyaluronic acid, this face dermaroller should bring you satisfaction. Filorga’s dermaroller can be used with NCTF 135 HA to revitalise, rehydrate and brighten the complexion.
The application of a dermaroller allows, among other things, a production of elastin and collagen, the aeration of the skin and a slight increase in the skin thickness in order to make it stronger against external conditions.
- 3 thin heads of 0.5mm
- 3 thin heads of 1mm
Fine heads will be preferred for the most sensitive areas of the skin (eye contour, mouth contour, etc.).
- 3 wide heads of 0.5mm
- 3 wide heads of 1mm
Wide heads will be better suited for larger areas of the skin (cheeks, cheekbones, arms, legs and body in general)
These heads are single-use. If the heads are used more than one time, it could compromise their hygiene and therefore cause undesirable side effects.

On the market, derma rollers contain between 180 and 1000 microneedles. The most common model is the 540-needles roller. The length of the needles plays an important role. They can vary from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm. Shorter needles will be used on sensitive areas and longer needles will be used for areas where the skin is less sensitive such as the thighs.
These refills for the Dermaroller Fillmed – Filorga are precise and efficient. They allow the product to enter in the upper layers of the dermis. Microneedles helps the process of cell regeneration and thus stimulates the absorption of the product.
Dermaroller Fillmed – Filorga – Product use
The Fillmed – Filorga Dermaroller is easy to use, its protocol is simple, we recommend a maximum weekly application in order to leave the skin to rest and repair itself. Rest is very important, it is during this phase that the skin begins its repair process. It is therefore essential to give enough time for the skin to recover from the slight trauma caused by the roller to notice its beneficial effects.
The protocol is usually not painful. You may feel a tingling sensation. In short, the derma roller represents a simple, fast and safe solution as it is slightly invasive. Make sure you always clean your derma roller by disinfecting it before and after application. Also, make sure to rinse it with clear water before and after disinfecting it so that it can be re-applied to the skin.
A 3-steps protocol
It is essential that your skin is properly cleaned, i.e., ensure that dead skin and excess sebum are removed. Depending on the skin type, different cleaning products are prescribed in order to properly exfoliate the skin of each patient. Make sure that after cleaning, the skin is neither red nor shows signs of irritation.
B. A light layer of moisturiser
With the dermaroller, it will be necessary to use an anti-ageing or anti-imperfections serum when applying it. The skin should be clean and should not show any open wound.
All you have to do is apply the dermaroller in horizontal, diagonal and vertical movements until the solution is fully absorbed. Once the operation is complete, you can use a hyaluronic acid mask or a light moisturiser to enhance the moisturising action.
We recommend that you avoid applying any alcohol-based products. Also avoid sun exposure for 48 hours after treatment. Depending on the treatments, exposure to the sun may be avoided for a longer period.
C. Skin protection
It is important not to be exposed to the sun during the microneedling session (use of the dermaroller). Similarly, after the weekly session, we strongly recommend that you do not expose yourself to the sun or to significant heat differences for 48 hours. If, however, you had no choice, we recommend that you protect your skin and useUV creams.
Depending on the treatments, exposure to the sun may be avoided for a longer period.
