Description - Dermaroller FILLMED Refills
Dermaroller FILLMED Refills are only used for Dermaroller Fillmed - Filorga.
A box contains 3 fine or large heads (see photos), composed of 0.5 mm or 1 mm needles.
These refills accompany the Dermaroller FILLMED which can be used in particular with the product NCTF 135 HA in order to revitalize, rehydrate and illuminate the complexion.
The application of a dermaroller allows, among other things, the production of elastin and collagen, the aeration of the skin and a slight increase in its thickness in order to make it stronger against external conditions.
Variations available
- 3 fine heads of 0.5mm
- 3 thin heads of 1mm
Fine heads will be preferred for the most sensitive areas of the skin (eye contour, mouth contour, etc.)
- 3 wide heads of 0.5mm
- 3 1mm wide heads
Large heads will be better suited to larger areas of skin (cheeks, cheekbones, arms, legs and body in general)
These heads are for single use. Repeated use could compromise the hygiene of the parts used and therefore cause undesirable side effects.

The treatment is indicated for skins that need a simple "boost". Thanks to the different elements that make up the product (NCTF 135 HA) coupled with the action of the Filorga dermaroller, your skin will appear rejuvenated.

On the market, derma rollers contain between 180 and 1000 micro-needles. The most widespread model being the 540-needle roller. The length of the needles plays an important role, being able to vary from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm, one will use shorter needles on the sensitive zones and longer needles for the zones where the skin is less sensitive like the thighs.

Protocol for using Dermaroller Fillmed - Filorga
The Fillmed - Filorga dermaroller is easy to use, its protocol is simple, we recommend a weekly application at most in order to let the skin rest to repair itself . Rest is very important, it is during this phase that your skin begins the repair process. It is therefore essential to allow enough time for the skin to recover from the slight trauma of rollerblading to notice its beneficial effects.
The protocol is generally painless , most often you feel a tingling sensation. In short, the derma roller represents a simple, fast and safe solution because it is not very intrusive . Make sure to always purify your roller by disinfecting it before and after application. Also be sure to rinse it with clear water before and after disinfecting it so that you can reapply it to the skin.
A 3-step protocol
A. Pre-cleaning
It is essential that your skin is properly cleansed , that is to say, ensure the elimination of dead skin and excess sebum. Depending on the type of skin, different cleansing products are prescribed to allow an exfoliation adapted to each patient . Care should be taken to ensure that after cleansing the skin is neither red nor showing signs of irritation.
B. A light moisturizing layer
With the dermaroller, you will need to use an anti-aging or anti-blemish serum when applying it. The skin should be clean with no open wounds.
All you have to do is apply the dermaroller in horizontal, diagonal and vertical movements until the solution is completely absorbed . Once the operation is completed, you can use a mask with hyaluronic acid or a light cream to complete the moisturizing action.
We recommend that you avoid applying any alcohol-based product. Also avoid sun exposure for 48 hours after treatment. Depending on the treatments, a longer sun avoidance may be recommended.
C. Skin protection
It is important not to be exposed to the sun during the microneedling session (use of the dermaroller). Similarly, after the weekly session, we strongly recommend that you do not expose yourself to the sun or to significant heat variations for 48 hours. If, however, you had no choice, we recommend that you stay covered and use anti-UV creams .
Depending on the treatments, a longer sun avoidance may be recommended.
