XTRA Facelift 3x5ml reduces expression lines caused by the constant repetition of movements triggered by the muscular contraction of facial expressions.

It provides a lifting effect in 20 minutes thanks to DMAE.

Protocol

Before starting the treatment, the patient's history must be established; they must be informed of the immediate effects of the treatment, as well as possible side effects.

The treatment must be performed by a professional authorized to practice these techniques.

This product can be used with a derma roller or a derma pen (microneedling) or through superficial injections.

A maximum of one vial must be used per session. The treatment may last for example 3 months at a rate of one session per week.

It is possible to space the sessions further apart and to extend the treatment over a longer duration.

You can then apply a moisturizing cream or a soothing mask to calm the irritation and prolong the effects of the product.

Components and their actions

• Hyaluronic acid: for its elastic properties and its richness in water, allowing the skin to have a smooth and plump appearance. It has moisturizing and anti-aging properties due to its tightening effects. Rich in water, it is recognized for replenishing the skin and smoothing out lines caused by skin aging.
• Its function is to maintain the optimal level of hydration in the tissues and thus prevent the loss of elasticity, by promoting the new production of collagen and elastin, fundamental components of the tissue.
• Stimulant of peripheral microcirculation revitalizes the cellular cycle, bringing light and softness to the face.
• Hyaluronic acid retains water in a percentage much higher than its weight, thereby replenishing the fibers that support the skin's tissues.

Water-soluble collagen:

• Collagen is a fundamental structural protein element of the skin; it provides softness, firmness, and strength. It has a significant volumizing effect, and its deficiency is responsible for the main signs of skin aging: wrinkles and sagging.

Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline®):

• This is a peptide analogous to the N-terminal neuromuscular end, which effectively blocks the release of neurotransmitters, thereby attenuating muscle contraction.
• It is an alternative to botulinum toxin that acts on the same mechanism but in a completely different way.

Hexapeptide - 30:

• Acts on the postsynaptic agrin / MuSK pathway as a competitive antagonist of the muscle-specific kinase at the agrin binding site, to modulate muscle contraction by reducing the formation of expression wrinkles.

Pentapeptide - 18:

• Indirectly blocks calcium channels by inhibiting the release of acetylcholine, keeping the neuron at rest, which reduces muscle contraction levels.
• Reduces the depth of wrinkles caused by the contraction of facial expression muscles.
