Corona Virus - Impact on deliveries according to carrier
Here is a list of the carriers maintained or not on our shop as well as the state of their respective distribution network after the impact of the new sanitary directives (confinement in particular) taken to stem the spread of COVID-19 or Corona Virus.
Carrier deadlines are generally maintained. However, delivery times will no longer be guaranteed until further notice in view of the national / international situation.

Mondial Relay - Stopped on our website until April 15, 2020

After closing numerous Pick-up relays and post offices, deliveries to homes / places of safety as well as to letter boxes are preferred.

- 4,900 relay points are subject to the closing order
- 6,300 relay points (mainly tobacco) remain active
Chronopost International - Maintained deliveries
FRANCE / EUROPE: all activities are underway. However, delays remain to be expected for many deliveries given the number of Chrono companies closed.
Many Chrono relay points are also closing their doors in order to comply with health directives. We encourage home deliveries.
