How to make your nose without surgery?
A nose can have different shapes either from birth, or following a trauma such as an accident, a nose can be hunchbacked, hooked, trumpet, or even straight…
Medical rhinoplasty, also called "injection rhinoplasty" involves injections of hyaluronic acid into specific areas of the nose.
The practitioner will begin by examining the nose from the front and in profile as well as the different angles formed by the nose and the rest of the face (at the level of the forehead and the lips).
He will thus be able to know exactly how the correction will render, or even show it to his patient thanks to 3D software, although this practice is more widespread for surgical rhinoplasties for their definitive nature, as opposed to injections which fade over time.
To correct the bump or the hollow of the nose, the aesthetic doctor will make a small injection on the bridge of the nose. If there is a hollow, it will fill it, if there is a bump, it will make a small injection above it to give a visual effect of a straighter edge. If you want a more trumpet nose, he can make a slight injection at the tip of the nose.
The advantages of this technique are speed, not requiring social eviction, and being reversible, but also visible results immediately.

What surgery to redo your nose?
If the injection of hyaluronic acid is not enough, surgical rhinoplasty can be considered with a cosmetic surgeon. It is a much more engaging operation, because definitive, under general anesthesia and which requires at least 10 days of social eviction.
The surgeon will first offer you 2 prior appointments to ensure that the operation is feasible and to answer all your questions. If there is a deformity, he may prescribe a radiological assessment to check that the structure of the nose and the nasal septum are suitable for the operation. He can also offer you a 3D simulation of the result.
Then, you will have to make an appointment with the anesthetist, between one month and 2 days before the operation.
There are several techniques for nose surgery, the most recent being an ultra sound technique: Piezotome® much gentler and less invasive than the previous technique which consisted of breaking the bones of the nose.
Still, the consequences of the operation are to be expected: bleeding, bruising, swelling... These complications occur within two weeks after the operation; they are completely normal and reduced with the ultrasound technique.
How much does a nose job cost?
A medical rhinoplasty session (filler injection) lasts about 15 to 20 minutes and lasts about a year.
Prices vary depending on the number of syringes used, the extent of the corrections, the reputation of the doctor and other factors. On average, a surgeon will charge between 400 and 600€ per session.
As for surgical rhinoplasty, its price depends on the operation performed, the technique used, the surgeon and his place of practice, but it will take between 2500€ and 8000€.
