How to reshape your nose without surgery?
A nose can have different shapes, either by birth or as a result of trauma such as an accident; a nose can be crooked, hooked, trumpet-shaped, or even straight...
Medical rhinoplasty, also known as "injectable rhinoplasty," involves injections of hyaluronic acid in specific areas of the nose.
The practitioner will begin by examining the nose from the front and side, as well as the various angles formed by the nose and the rest of the face (at the level of the forehead and lips).

What surgery is used to reshape the nose?
If hyaluronic acid injection is not sufficient, surgical rhinoplasty may be considered with a cosmetic surgeon. This is a much more involved procedure, as it is permanent, performed under general anesthesia, and requires at least 10 days of social withdrawal.
The surgeon will first offer you 2 preliminary appointments to ensure that the operation is feasible and to answer all your questions. If there is a deformity, he may prescribe a radiological assessment to verify that the structure of the nose and the nasal septum are suitable for the operation. He may also offer you a 3D simulation of the result.
Then, you will need to schedule an appointment with the anesthetist, between one month and 2 days before the operation.
There are several techniques for nose surgery, the most recent being an ultrasound technique: Piezotome®, which is much gentler and less invasive than the previous technique that involved breaking the bones of the nose.
