During your visit to France, make your purchases on centralefillers.com and benefit from a VAT refund (tax refund) that will significantly reduce the amount of your purchases.
Conditions for benefiting from the tax refund
The tax refund corresponds to a reimbursement of VAT (value-added tax) granted to individuals passing through France for less than 6 months.
To benefit from the tax exemption, the total amount of purchases including VAT in a single day must be at least equal to €175.01 excluding shipping costs.
The purchased goods must be reserved for personal use and be transported in the customer's luggage.
ATTENTION: The tax refund does not apply to residents of the European Union, overseas departments, and Monaco. It also does not concern students, interns, and immigrant workers living in France, even if they are returning permanently to their country of origin.
Reimbursement rate
The VAT rate on dermal filler products and generally on cosmetic products is 20%. We commit to refunding you 10% to 12% of VAT fees if you initiate a tax refund process with us.
Why are the reimbursement rates at 10% and 12%?
To compensate for the file, correspondence, and management fees incurred by this service rendered:

10% for baskets under €1000
12% for baskets over 1000 €
How to benefit from the tax refund?
You are placing an order on centralefillers.com for a minimum amount of 175.01 euros including VAT (excluding shipping costs).
You are sending us your request for tax exemption along with the necessary supporting documents to open the file BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE:
- The photocopy of your passport (pages where the passport number and your address abroad are indicated)
- Or a photocopy of your consular card
- A bank account details

In order to expedite the processing of your file, please remember to send us these elements - perfectly legible - as soon as your order is confirmed!
How is it going?
Allow for a necessary delay. Indeed, it is only once your order has been invoiced that your delivery notes will be sent to you.
Upon receipt of these documents and once your package has been shipped, we will send you the export sales invoice along with a prepaid envelope.
When you leave the European Union, you present to customs the sales slip received and the corresponding invoices for your purchases.
You then return the pink form stamped by customs //in bold// using the pre-paid envelope T.
Your refund will then be processed within an average period of 6 weeks in the form of a credit to your payment card, bank transfer, Paypal transfer, or check.
Note:
Your customs clearance must take place within 3 months from the end of the month in which the billing occurred.

Centralefillers.com reserves the right to refuse a tax refund request that does not meet the required conditions in the Official Customs Bulletin.
