Ce Dermaroller 3 en 1 contient un roller et 3 recharges avec des aiguilles de 0.2mm, 0.5mm et 1mm.
Le roller est réutilisable et les têtes (recharges) sont clipsables sur le roller. Le pack permet d'effectuer du microneedling sur toutes les parties du corps.
The heads adapt by the size of their needles but also by their design:
- The 0.2mm head with 180 needles is fine to be rolled on the parts of the body where the skin is most sensitive: around the eyes, etc.
- The 0.5mm head of 540 needles it is usable for common areas of the face: the cheeks, cheekbones, chin, etc.
- The 0.1mm head of 1000 needles is designed for the most "robust" (thick) areas of the skin: the legs, abdomen, buttocks, etc.
The needles in contact with the epidermis trigger a mechanism for dermal repair for a younger appearance.

This 3-in-1 dermaroller is easy to use, its protocol is simple, we recommend a bi-monthly to monthly application in order to allow the skin to rest and repair itself. Rest is very important; it is during this phase that your skin begins the repair process. Therefore, it is essential to give the skin enough time to recover from the slight trauma of the roller to notice its beneficial effects.
The protocol is generally minimally painful, most often, one feels a tingling sensation. In short, the 3-in-1 derma roller represents a simple, quick, and safe solution as it is minimally invasive. Be sure to always purify your roller by disinfecting it before and after application. Also, make sure to rinse it with clear water before and after disinfecting it so that you can reapply it on the skin.
A three-step protocol
A. A preliminary cleaning
It is essential that your skin is properly cleaned, meaning ensuring the removal of dead skin and excess sebum. Depending on the skin type, different cleansing products are prescribed to allow for an appropriate exfoliation for each patient. It is important to ensure that after cleaning, the skin is neither red nor shows signs of irritation.
B. A light moisturizing layer
With the dermaroller, an anti-aging or anti-imperfection serum should be used during its application. The skin must be clean without any open wounds.
You just need to apply the dermaroller in horizontal, diagonal, and vertical movements until total absorption of the solution. Once the operation is complete, you can use a hyaluronic acid mask or a light cream to enhance the moisturizing effect.
We recommend that you avoid applying any alcohol-based products. Also, avoid sun exposure for 24 hours after application.
C. Skin protection
It is important not to be exposed to the sun during the microneedling session (use of the derma roller). Similarly, after the weekly session, we strongly recommend that you do not expose yourself to the sun or significant temperature fluctuations for 48 hours. However, if you have no choice, we recommend that you stay covered and use UV protection creams.
