This 3 in 1 Dermaroller contains a roller and 3 refills with 0.2mm, 0.5mm and 1mm needles.
The roller is reusable and the heads (refills) can be clipped onto the roller. The pack allows you to perform microneedling on all parts of the body.

The heads adapt by the size of their needles but also by their design:

• The 0.2mm head of 180 needles is fine in order to be rolled on the parts of the body where the skin is the most sensitive: eye contours, etc.
• The 0.5mm head of 540 needles can be used for common areas of the face: cheeks, cheekbones, chin, etc.
• The 0.1mm head of 1000 needles is designed for the most "robust" (thick) parts of the skin: legs, stomach, buttocks, etc.

The needles in contact with the epidermis, allow to trigger a repair mechanism of the dermis for a more youthful appearance .

Accompanied by an appropriate, anti-aging or anti-blemish serum based on vitamin C and/or hyaluronic acid , this 3-in-1 dermaroller should bring you satisfaction.

On the market, derma rollers contain between 180 and 1000 micro-needles. The most widespread model being the 540-needle roller. The length of the needles plays an important role, being able to vary from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm, one will use shorter needles on the sensitive zones and longer needles for the zones where the skin is less sensitive like the thighs.

Protocol for using the Derma Roller 3 in 1

This 3 in 1 dermaroller is easy to use, its protocol is simple, we recommend a bi-monthly to monthly application in order to let the skin rest to repair itself . Rest is very important, it is during this phase that your skin begins the repair process. It is therefore essential to allow enough time for the skin to recover from the slight trauma of rollerblading to notice its beneficial effects.

The protocol is generally painless , most often you feel a tingling sensation. In short, the 3 in 1 derma roller represents a simple, fast and safe solution because it is not very intrusive . Make sure to always purify your roller by disinfecting it before and after application. Also be sure to rinse it with clear water before and after disinfecting it so that you can reapply it to the skin.

A 3-step protocol

A. Pre-cleaning

It is essential that your skin is properly cleansed , that is to say, ensure the elimination of dead skin and excess sebum. Depending on the type of skin, different cleansing products are prescribed to allow an exfoliation adapted to each patient . Care should be taken to ensure that after cleansing the skin is neither red nor showing signs of irritation.

B. A light moisturizing layer

With the dermaroller, you will need to use an anti-aging or anti-blemish serum when applying it. The skin should be clean with no open wounds.
All you have to do is apply the dermaroller in horizontal, diagonal and vertical movements until the solution is completely absorbed . Once the operation is completed, you can use a mask with hyaluronic acid or a light cream to complete the moisturizing action.
We recommend that you avoid applying any alcohol-based product. Also avoid sun exposure for 24 hours after application.

C. Skin protection

It is important not to be exposed to the sun during the microneedling session (use of the derma roller). Similarly, after the weekly session, we strongly recommend that you do not expose yourself to the sun or to significant heat variations for 48 hours. If, however, you had no choice, we recommend that you stay covered and use anti-UV creams .
