Ellanse S (2x1ml)
or Incl. VAT
Description:
Ellanse S allows for the sustainable restoration of facial volumes lost due to a lack of collagen.
This product relies on the body's natural response to stimulate the skin, particularly collagen production.
The Ellansé products guarantee visible and lasting results of 1 to 2 years (Ellansé, S & M, respectively).
The injection area of Ellansé is located in the subcutaneous layer (hypodermis and periosteum).
ELLANSÉ is a non-permanent, sterile, latex-free, apyrogenic, fully resorbable implant, primarily composed of synthetic poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL) microspheres suspended in a carrier gel made of saline phosphate buffer (Ph. Eur.), glycerin (Ph. Eur.), and carboxymethylcellulose (USP). PCL is a well-known, soft, fully resorbable medical polymer. PCL has been used in numerous CE-marked resorbable products that have been authorized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for several decades worldwide and has demonstrated an excellent safety profile. The particle size of ELLANSÉ ranges from 25 to 50 microns and should be injected with a 27G needle.
Sinclair Ellanse S - Composition:
The products Ellanse (S & M) are composed of
- 70% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). CMC is the carrier gel, providing an immediate volumizing effect.
- 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) in the form of spherical particles (25 to 50 microns). The PCL microspheres provide a prolonged volumizing effect, taking over from the CMC gel.
These two substances are bioresorbable, biocompatible, and completely degradable.
Ellansé is fully resorbable by hydrolysis.
It should be noted that the difference between Ellansé S and Ellansé M lies in the difference in the length of the polycaprolactone chains, which results in a more or less slow resorption (1 to 2 years respectively).
This product must be administered by authorized professionals.
